Adam is responsible for helping our speakers to find their voice. A former SAS soldier, he's fought insurgents in Afghanistan, been charged by elephants in Africa and slept on by a Yak on Mt Everest before leaving to get a real job. He couldn't find one so he worked as an advisor to the entertainment business and as a bodyguard to the rich and infamous before starting his own coaching and mentoring company, Corporate Commando, where he helps leaders in business to find and fulfil their mission in life. He can also now find affordable life insurance.
Tony is one of our speaker coaches, helping craft excellent TEDx talks. He's received many hours of coaching and has learnt directly from the masters Anthony Robbins and Cloe Madanes. Tony's a Peak Performance Coach, studied at the Centre for Strategic Intervention and has travelled to over 21 countries where he's experienced culturally diverse ways to obtain sustainable solutions to life and business challenges. The Anthony Robbins' quote, 'Most people earn a living instead of designing a life', inspires Tony to help people to live with purpose and intentional design.

Mark Russell Dean
Mark devloped our voice and our style. He believes it's time for us to reconnect, get a little touchy feely, and make some new friends. He will happily tell you that spelling and grammar are his main foes, with slim fitting jeans coming a tight second, and shaving a long forgotten third. Mark has been a teen delinquent, conceptual artist, business high flyer, homeless, hobo (for they are different) and is now a husband, father and creative specialising in getting your message across in any medium, visual or written, spoken or heard.
